CHECK OUT CHECKLIST
Please take home or pitch any leftovers or food items. (Leaving some beer is cool!)
Put dishes in the dishwasher and run the machine. Dish pods are under the sink.
“Hand wash” pots, knives, wooden utensils, and cutting boards. Dish soap is by the sink or underneath.
Empty the trash and put new bags in the cans. Extra bags should be under the sink or in the hall closet on the left side.
Recycled items must go into the recycle bin with NO plastic bags. The garbage and recycle bins are in the garage.
Thursday morning is trash day. Bins may be rolled to the curb. Every other Thursday is recycle day.
Make sure the grill and firepit are off, cool, and covered.
Turn out the lights. Leave on light on in the living room.
Close all windows.
Set thermostats and turn off upstairs units. See info about temperature settings in the Detail tab.
Remove used bed linens and put them in a clothes basket at the top of the stairs
Put all used towels in the clothes basket at top of the stairs
Turn off all radios, TV, and stereo
Lock the basement sliding glass door.
Lock the back hallway door.
Lock the back dining sliding door.
Lock the front door.
Replace the keys in the digital lockbox by the front door. See how to use the lock box in the Detail tab.
